Below you’ll find the estimated delivery times for all our shipments:

  • Once an order is placed, we need 1–3 business days to process it.
    During weekdays, processing usually takes one business day. However, if you place an order on Friday evening or over the weekend, it may take a little longer.

  • After processing, your order will be shipped. The average delivery time is 8–12 business days.

Placing an Order

Ordering from Arch Amsterdam is easy.
First, visit the product page and add the desired item to your cart by clicking the black “Add to Cart” button.
Make sure you’ve selected the correct size or variant.
If everything looks good, proceed to checkout by clicking “Checkout”.

On the information page, enter your correct shipping details and click “Continue to Shipping”.
On the "Shipping" page, you can review your entered address.
Please note: all orders are shipped completely free of charge.

Click “Continue to Payment” and select your preferred payment method.
At Arch Amsterdam, all payment options are SSL encrypted to ensure a secure transaction.
You can pay using credit card (AMEX, Mastercard, Maestro, Visa), bank transfer, EPS, or direct payment.

Finally, click “Complete Order” and follow the instructions on the selected payment platform.
