  • All products are subject to availability. We reserve the right to limit the quantities of any products or services that we offer.

  • We aim to display product colors and images as accurately as possible. However, we cannot guarantee that your device’s display of any color will be accurate.

  • Once an order is placed, you will receive an order confirmation by email. A sales contract is only concluded after the shipment of your goods.

3. Pricing and Payments

  • All prices listed are in euros (€) and include VAT where applicable.

  • We accept payments via major credit cards, bank transfer, EPS, and direct payment, secured through SSL encryption.

  • We reserve the right to correct any errors in pricing or descriptions and to cancel or refuse any order based on incorrect information.

4. Shipping and Delivery

  • We offer free shipping on all orders.

  • Please allow 1–3 business days for processing and an additional 8–12 business days for delivery.

  • We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers or customs.

5. Returns and Refunds

  • You have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

  • Items must be unworn, unused, with tags, and in their original packaging.

6. Intellectual Property

  • All content on this site, including text, graphics, logos, and images, is the property of Arch Amsterdam and protected by copyright laws.

  • You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content without our prior written permission.

7. Liability

  • We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages that may result from the use of our products or services.

  • Our total liability for any claim will not exceed the amount paid for the product in question.

8. Governing Law

  • These Terms of Service and any separate agreements shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Netherlands.
